From Fast Drops

Heres are just some of sites that have joined the "fast dropping" but some don't have E-cards to drop on. I call them cheaters. The others are not available to be dropped on. These should be removed from the list... I did not put those who have the widget at the bottom or near the bottom, which breaks the fold rule.
